All dogs entering our facility will need to have the following vaccines:

1. Rabies
2. Bordatella
3. Distemper/ Parvovirus
   

The vaccines need to be given a minimum of 7 days before boarding, daycare, or grooming services.

Overnight stays in excess of 3 nights, will need a $75 deposit to hold the dates. The deposit is fully            refundable up to 3 days before the boarding appointment. If the boarding appointment is during the Holidays or Spring break, the required notice for cancellation is 7 days. 

Boarding cancellations that are not canceled within the time mentioned, the client will be charged $25/per day for the length of the scheduled boarding stay and the deposit will be forfeited.

Hotel check out is between 8:30am and 12:00pm, there will be a $35 daycare fee charged for pickups after 12:00pm.

Dogs over 6 months old will need to be spayed and neutered to be able to play with other dogs.

It’s important for the safety of your dogs and our handlers that your pet is not aggressive. We cannot take in dogs that will bite or refuse to be handled by our staff. We can take dogs for boarding that do not integrate well with other dogs. In this case, we keep your pet separate at all times.
