Sara

Grooming Manager

Sara is our Grooming manager. She is responsible for building and organizing our grooming operations. Sara is energetic and ready to take on the challenges that come with many dogs that need grooming but limited industry groomer resources! She has introduced a 10 step bathing process to the team that makes our clients literally shine! Sara comes from a grooming boutique in Chicago and brings a great deal of talent and knowledge to our team. Sara also has dogs, a beautiful daughter, and a military husband that need her attention. We welcome Sara to the AYBNC team, and look forward to her continued success.

Nicole

Customer Service Manager

Nicole is our Customer Service Manager. Nicole is the face and the voice to our pet owners! She was been in the pet care/grooming business for 20+ years. She started out in grooming and now enjoys the customer service side of the business. Nicole has 5 dogs, 3 sons, and a great husband that supports her long hours at the Shoppe. Nicole has a passion for taking care of our four legged friends and plans all our customer events!

Donna

Owner

Donna is the current owner of AYBNC. She bought the business in December of 2021 as the owner was moving to Tennessee. Donna is a business woman with an undeniable passion for dogs. She has worked in Accounting and Finance her whole career. Her story is amazing! She traveled a great deal for work, and had to desperately find a place for her 3 dogs to stay while she was away for days and weeks at a time.
She never found the exact right place as she envisioned in her mind. One day 17 years ago, she thought if I can ever be successful, I will build a dog resort with all the comforts of home. Well, she didn’t have to build it!!! She found it, At Your Bark n Call! She gives thanks to her late dogs Murphy, Timmy, Shadow and now Cody that gave her inspiration and thanks to Mylissa for sharing her dream.

Emily

Customer Service Representative

Emily is a local resident to Crown Point, Indiana. She started with AYBNC in January of 2021. She is a dog LOVER to say the least! She spends time with her Vizsla, Sadie in her spare time. Emily has successfully held many positions while working with us. From Daycare handler to Spa day handler to Front Desk reception. She will greet you and your dog at the front desk with her beautiful smile!
